Refund policy

Return Eligibility

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used faucets or materials.
  • Hygiene-related items.
  • Customized or special order products.
  • Digital goods.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 2–3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days with photos or videos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items only.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
  • If we assist with courier pickup, the fee may be deducted from your refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (no cash refunds).
