Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or used faucets or materials.
- Hygiene-related items.
- Customized or special order products.
- Digital goods.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 2–3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 7 days with photos or videos.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items only.
Return Shipping

- If we assist with courier pickup, the fee may be deducted from your refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (no cash refunds).
