What Is Covered
- Most products come with a 12-month warranty (unless otherwise specified).
- Protection against manufacturing defects only.
- We will repair or replace the product based on availability.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from improper installation.
- Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from harsh cleaning chemicals or limescale buildup.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Damage from water pressure levels outside recommended limits.
How to Claim Your Warranty
Please contact us with the following:
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).
- Clear photos or videos of the issue.
- A description of the problem.
Once we confirm it is a manufacturing defect, we will arrange repair or replacement (including return shipping if applicable). Processing typically takes 15–30 business days after approval.
Installation Liability Disclaimer
- Products must be installed by a qualified technician.
- Improper installation may void the warranty.
- We assume no liability for damage, leaks, flooding, malfunction, or other issues resulting from incorrect installation.
- All installation fees and service charges are the customer’s responsibility.
